Small Parcel Shipment (7 ft or Less) - Online Orders
To minimize shipping costs and avoid overlength fees, we recommend cutting 12 ft metal banding sticks into smaller lengths of 7 ft or less. You have two cutting options:
- 5 ft + 7 ft
- 6 ft + 6 ft
These shorter lengths qualify for small parcel shipping via UPS or FedEx Ground, providing the best pricing. If you require expedited shipping, it is necessary to have the material cut down to these smaller lengths.

For uncut 12 ft metal banding sticks, shipping must be arranged through a common LTL (less-than-truckload) carrier. The shipping cost is influenced by the delivery address. Additional fees may apply for locations without a forklift or loading dock, as carriers may require a liftgate.
To order uncut 12 ft sticks, please call us for a shipping quote. Providing your delivery address allows us to secure the most accurate and competitive rate for your LTL shipment.
